Ambassador Terms of Agreement

Simbae Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in Simbae Ambassadors’s (“Simbae”) Ambassador Program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Terms to the exclusion of all other prior communications, agreements and understandings between you and Simbae relating to your activities as an Ambassador. If you do not unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety, you shall not (and shall have no right to) participate in the Program.
Simbae may update and change any or all of these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. If Simbae does so, it will inform you of such modified Terms by email to the email address you provided upon enrolment or as updated by you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure Simbae has your current email address. Your continued participation in the Program after any such changes have been made shall constitute your consent to such changes.
1. Role Description
Your role as an Ambassador is to act as a brand advocate to help build and grow Simbae’s global community by connecting with potential users and empowering existing users.
You will be onboarded by a Simbae Advocacy team member in your region who will prepare you to assume your role as an Ambassador.
1.2. Title and Role
Your role as an Ambassador is a voluntary position and shall in no way constitute employment by Simbae or grant to you the authority to represent Simbae or speak on Simbae’s behalf. You may, however, disclose your involvement as an Ambassador publicly both online and offline. We suggest adding the title “Simbae Ambassador” to both your Twitter bio and LinkedIn profile so that people can connect with you.
If you do endorse our services or publish any other content as an Ambassador, you should ensure that your role as an Ambassador is clearly disclosed.
2. Code of Conduct
As an Ambassador, you agree to support Simbae’s online and offline communities globally in order to drive engagement in existing and emerging markets. An Ambassador will also support the growth of Simbae advocacy by building life-long fans.
2.1. Adoption of Values
By accepting the role of Ambassador, you indicate agreement with our core values and what the Ambassador must and must not partake in, as specified below.

As an Ambassador, you must exude our four core values:
- Love to spoil their pets!
- Seek to nurture, love and respect the lives of animals
- Work towards giving pets a better future
- Be a leader in your community for pets
- Passionate about pets
The Ambassador Must:
- Actively promote and share Simbae content on bi-weekly basis
- Share correct and truthful knowledge about Simbae products and services without false representation
- Maintain honesty and abide by guidelines in all actions online, offline and within the Ambassador Forum
- Advocate on Simbae’s behalf
- Display positive sentiment on public and private forums about Simbae tools, services, employees or culture
- Provide honest information to Simbae representatives about their Ambassadorship, Ambassador Forum activity and all aspects of the Program
The Ambassador Must Not:
- Comment negatively on public and private forums about Simbae tools, services, employees or culture both online and offline
- Provide false information regarding their Ambassadorship, Ambassador rewards or challenges to any representative of Simbae
3. Participation in Specific Projects
From time to time, you may have the opportunity to participate in one or more specific projects, including beta testing, translations, community forum participation and social media coaching. You agree that your participation will be voluntary and without compensation and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
From time to time, we may disclose to you confidential information regarding our business, customers, products or services (“Confidential Information”). You agree that such Confidential Information is and will remain the property of Simbae. You will not disclose Confidential Information without our express consent, and will not use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than pursuant to your activities as an Ambassador.
Your name, role and social media information may and can be publicised online. This allows for collaboration across regions and for Ambassadors, Simbae fans, and Simbae employees to connect with you in your capacity as an Ambassador.
6. Conflict of Interest
- If you are employed or work directly with a competitor of Simbae, you must immediately resign from Simbae Program.
- If you sign up to Simbae affiliate and/or reseller as well to other pet brands program services, you must immediately resign from the Program.
7. Applicable Laws
While you are part of the Program, you must comply with applicable laws, including those relating to personal data protection and anti-spam. If you have any questions, please address them to your regional Community Manager.
8. Removal/Modification of Content
If requested by Simbae in order to comply with applicable government regulations, you agree to remove or modify content that you publish as part of your activities as an Ambassador.
9. Email Communication
All communication from Simbae to you regarding your position as an Ambassador will be via email. The email address used to contact you will be the address you provided to Simbae in your Program application. In the event that your email address changes, you must advise your regional Community Manager so that it can be updated. Following any updates, Simbae will use the updated email address for all its communications to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you provide this updated email address to your regional Community Manager upon any changes.
Further, by enrolling in the Program, you consent to receive any and all email messages Simbae sends to you in your capacity as an Ambassador. All email messages will be taken to be received by you within 2 business days of Simbae having sent the email message to the email address most recently provided by you.
10. Commitment Period
You acknowledge and agree that, subject to Section 11 below, your commitment to the Program will be a minimum of 12 months.
11. Termination of Ambassador Role
11.1. Termination by Simbae
At any point, for any reason and without advanced notice, Simbae may choose to terminate your role as an Ambassador with immediate effect by providing you with notice via email. Without limiting the foregoing, any breach of these Terms by you will result in immediate termination of your standing as an Ambassador.
11.2. Termination by Ambassador
If at any point after your 3 month commitment you would like to terminate your role as an Ambassador, we ask that you notify your regional Community Manager as soon as possible via ambassadors@Simbae.com. Your termination will be effective once you have received confirmation from a representative of Simbae.
11.3. Effects of Termination
Upon termination of your role as an Ambassador by Simbae or you, the title of Ambassador shall be immediately revoked and you must immediately stop using the title of Ambassador or present yourself as being affiliated with Simbae and its properties in any way other than as a user of Simbae services. In addition, you must remove and cease to use all trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of Simbae on your online or offline profiles and materials as soon as reasonably practicable. Your obligations of confidentiality will survive the termination of your participation in the Program.
